Harmonix Choir
We are always very happy to talk to fellows singers, especially those interested in who we are and what we do.
Places in Harmonix are limited but if you are interested in joining us please do get in touch.
Rehearsals are held on Thursday evenings at 7pm - 9pm at the Community Hall in the grounds of St Catherines House, Balby.
Our seasons run from January to June, and September to December.
As we are small in number every voice plays a very important part in our overall sound so a high level of commitment is expected for both rehearsals and performances.
Rehearsals cost £3.50 per week payable per term, although potential new members are welcome for free for 2 weeks.
It is not essential that you read music although a basic level of musicianship is helpful, and support in learning your part is given in the form of audio files and 1-2-1 sessions with the MD as required.
We do not formally audition but acceptance is subject to MD approval.
